Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice and a 15% Value Added Tax should be added on all rates.

Liabilities

Only the laws of Ethiopia govern Best Travel & Tours liability to its clients and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to keep you and your property safe. Best Travel accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effect. Best Travel will always assist tourists when dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines and other transport companies and travel agents. However, Best Travel cannot be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.

Payments

On confirmation of tours, agencies or individuals making bookings with Best shall make payments as follows:

• 80% forty five days before the commencement of the tour
• The balance of 20% should be completed before commencement of the tour

If payment is not effected accordingly Best is not obligated to accept the client/conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

Cancellation

• More than 45 days prior to arrival-90%refund of the total tour price
• 30 to 45 days prior to arrival – 80% refund of total tour price
• 15 to 30 days prior to arrival-50% refund of total tour price
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival- no refund
